Introduction:
Our Group is unique in the sense that we do not mainly render normal commuter services where passengers pay for their transport, but mostly services that are tailor made for big employers. These employers are paying the monthly bill for transport on behalf of their employees. This is a unique service if compared to most other bus services.
As a caring company we also contribute to the social upliftment to the areas that we operate. Scholars are being transported at 50% of the normal tariffs and as such we are contributing approximately R260 000 per annum towards education in our area. Free buses are also provided for social events like AIDS campaigns, pensioner days and disabled people.
We do not sell ourselves as the cheapest bus service in South Africa, but surely as the best value for money.
Vision:
To be the preferred passenger transport operator in our areas of operation
Mission:
- To provide customised passenger transport services to ensure long term relationships with customers
- To establish a “family” culture amongst employees in the Group
- To support community development in our areas of operation

The first Employment Equity report had been submitted during December 2000 and the management is in agreement that participation in this process is voluntary. As with other projects the total management is committed to the success of this project.
The workforce at large must reflect the population in the area where we operate. In general this target has already been reached.
